Olivella currently ships to all 50 states, Canada, Australia, the UK and the EU member countries. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
Yes in order to qualify for free shipping, your order Grand Total must be $49.99 and above after any applicable promotions and discounts have been applied, unless current promotions state otherwise. *Free shipping only valid for Continental US*
All orders have at least 1-2 business day lead time upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after order has shipped. You will normally receive your order within 1-7 business days depending on your location; we ship out of New Jersey. There are certain times of the year where there may be slight delays. Olivellaline.com is not responsible for any shipping delays. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
UPS GROUND -You will normally receive your order within 1-7 business days depending on your location. All orders are shipped out of our New Jersey Warehouse
UPS 3 DAY -You will receive your items within 4 business days—1 day to process your order + 3 days shipping.
UPS 2ND DAY -You will receive your items within 3 business days—1 day to process your order + 2 days shipping.
UPS NEXT DAY -Your items will be delivered in 2 business days—1 day to process your order + 1 day shipping.
UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS) -You will normally receive your order within 7-10 business days. This option is the only option available for P.O. Box, APO, FPO, Canada, Alaska & Hawaii shipping addresses.

You may choose to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery, however additional charges will be applied.
Olivellaline.com is only able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you’d like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
When an order is placed on Olivellaline.com we begin processing immediately, to ensure prompt delivery. You may cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been packed or staged for shipping please call us at 1-888-654-8355
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an Order Shipment Confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number as well as a link to track your package.

Olivella products are suitable for all skin types: they’re dermatologically tested, hypoallergenic, non-irritating, and paraben free. Since sensitivities do vary; we provide a list of ingredients for each product on the individual product pages.
The PH of the Olivella Fragrance Free Bar Soap (undiluted) ranges between 9 - 10.
Shelf life varies from product to product. We recommend you look upon the Open Jar symbol on the product packaging to determine how long a product will maintain its freshness after it has been opened. For example, an Open Jar symbol with “12M” indicates that a product will function as intended for 12 months after it is opened assuming normal use and storage.
While there may not be anything wrong or unsafe once a product has passed this time frame, we can no longer be certain that our standards of high quality are complacent and request that you no longer use the product.

You can earn points by creating a customer account and also by placing orders online. Once you reach 1000 points you can redeem a coupon code for 10% OFF. If you wait and reach 2000 points you could redeem a 20% OFF coupon code.
